Email us
Email is the only channel we run, and we read everything that arrives. We aim to reply within two business days.
- General enquiries, corrections and complaints: contact@bonusmails.com
- Privacy requests — access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent: contact@bonusmails.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires. Details are in our privacy policy.
- Unsubscribing: every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, and it takes effect immediately. If it ever fails, email us and we will remove you by hand.
- Casino operators and partnerships: contact@bonusmails.com with “Partnership” in the subject line.
Who you are contacting
- Site: bonusmails.com
- Email: contact@bonusmails.com
We do not operate a phone line. We are not a casino and we do not hold player funds or accounts — if you have a dispute about a balance, withdrawal or account closure, that has to go to the operator directly, and then to their licensing authority. We are happy to tell you who that is.
Found something wrong?
Bonus terms change without notice, and operators sometimes withdraw offers before we catch it. If a bonus on this site is out of date, has different terms than we state, or is no longer available in your country, please tell us which page and what you found. We would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
If gambling has stopped being fun
Free, confidential help is available, and it works better the earlier you ask:
- UK: BeGambleAware — National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133, free, 24 hours
- United States: National Council on Problem Gambling — call or text 1-800-GAMBLER
- Canada: ConnexOntario — 1-866-531-2600
- International: Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous
You can also self-exclude from licensed operators — through GAMSTOP in the UK — and we will remove you from our list the moment you ask.
